Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • If the mistake is from FashionHutStore (e.g., we send the wrong item), the exchange is completely free of cost. Our rider will pick up the parcel from your doorstep.
  • If the mistake is from your side (e.g., you ordered the wrong size even though size details are mentioned on our website), then exchange is possible, but delivery charges of Rs. 500 will apply — Rs. 250 for returning the parcel and Rs. 250 for sending you the correct size.
  • 4% government tax will be applied. However, if you paid online, no 4% tax will be charged on your return.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps for Exchange:

  1. Place the item in its original packaging or secure alternative packaging.
  2. Attach the original invoice or write your order number on a piece of paper.
  3. Seal the package securely.
  4. Use a reliable courier service to return the item.
  5. Scan and send the courier receipt to us for confirmation.

Return Policy

  • Return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

  • Clearance sale items are eligible for size replacement only (no returns)

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  1. Color Differences: Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting or screen displays. Returns or exchanges for minor color differences will not be accepted.
